Executive Members 

The Alberta Speleological Society is incorporated under the Societies Act of Alberta and has registered bylaws that dictate the formal business side of the club, including the existence and role of the executive, election procedures, requirements for meetings, membership dues, and rules for major functions. Elected executive positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary; committees are appointed including Newsletter Editor, Archivist, Tacklemasters and ad-hoc issue committees. There are Job Descriptions for some of the more technical positions, including Tacklemaster, Secretary and Treasurer, to help new incumbents understand their duties.
